Masonry and power is presented in Berlin, a film that traces the history of the lodge of Licio Gelli and P2 suggests that disturbing assumptions about this.
"Die Akte Berlusconi," the documentary by Maria Rosa Bobbi and Michael Busse, makes a bold parallel between the current Italian political situation and the "resurgence plan" of the P2 lodge. The Masonic lodge "Propaganda Due", born in the late nineteenth century, was reorganized since 1969 by Licio Gelli who spread up the ranks to concentrate power never seen before in the history of the Republic. Among the names of members in fact included those of ministers and parliamentarians, heads of intelligence and military bodies and legal status, as well as those of bankers, journalists and businessmen, including the name of Silvio Berlusconi. The publication of the list of members, in 1981, sparked an unprecedented scandal in Italy. In subsequent years, was established a parliamentary commission of inquiry, led by Christian Democrat MP Tina Anselmi. Licio Gelli fled first to Switzerland, where he was arrested. Subsequently managed to escape to South America, then in 1987. The film will be aired on February 1 by the television channel ARTE.
